Ofsted Regulation

KTB Kids nursery is registered with and inspected by Ofsted, the Office for Standards in Education. Ofsted inspectors work to government legislation and statutory guidance to control quality and promote excellence. Through inspection Ofsted ensure that every child has the best possible support in their learning and development, whilst ensuring that they are safe and well cared for. Ofsted will consider the extent to which children are supported to acquire the skills and capacity to develop and learn effectively and be ready for the next stages in their learning.

For early years providers such as KTB Kids a judgement is given by Ofsted on:

The overall effectiveness of the nursery to meet the needs of the range of children who attend.
How the nursery identifies any particular needs children may have and how the appropriate help is arranged to meet these needs.
The contribution nursery workers make to the well-being of children.
The effectiveness of leadership and management.
